On Friday 26 June 2026, the Cambridge Climate & Nature Research Showcase was held at the new Ray Dolby Centre. This event aimed to bring together University of Cambridge researchers from all disciplines addressing climate change and/or nature conservation, showcasing world‑leading research on energy, materials, infrastructure, conservation, food, health, policy, law, and more.
Researchers and students from the Institute attended the event, and presented some of the work which is ongoing in our laboratories, including research on aquifer heat storage and microplastic pollution in rivers and the ocean.
This was a great day full of exciting talks and interesting conversations: we look forward to the next showcases in the coming years!
